Missional Coaching
How does a Missional Coaching relationship work?
Step 1: A Missional Coaching relationship begins with an introductory phone call (or face-to-face conversation, depending on one's location) during which you and I learn about each other and shape the direction of our potential coaching relationship.
Questions to consider at step 1: Where do I sense God inviting me to join him in his mission? What am I looking for in a missional coach?
Step 2: You and I covenant together to participate in a missional coaching relationship.
Questions to consider at step 2: What values will define our missional coaching relationship? What must be in place for our missional coaching relationship to be effective?
Step 3: You and I begin our missional coaching relationship by connecting by phone, Skype, or face-to-face for one-hour conversations focused on you and your participation with God in his mission. The frequency of our conversations is typically every 2-4 weeks and the relationship lasts for a minimum of one year.
